Q: Can you cross reference products?
A: Identifying alternative parts is something we are frequently asked to do. If we are unable to find a direct alternative, we will offer our nearest equivalent and ensure you are aware of any differences.
Q: Am I able to schedule an order?
A: We are happy to supply to scheduled or call-off orders.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Currently, we don’t accept credit cards. Payments are requested by bank transfer or cheque.
Q: How do I open an account?
A: Account forms for opening an account will be sent to you on receipt of your first order.
Q: Can I arrange a visit from your area representative?
A: Our team of experienced sales representatives are available to meet and discuss your specific requirements, as we understand the value of face-to-face discussions. Q: Do you supply outside of the UK?
A: We are able to supply outside of the UK. Please note we only accept orders in Sterling.
Q: We need a non-standard item. Are you able to customise products?
A: Depending on the product, we are able to offer customised solutions. By working closely with you and our suppliers we can help to develop the item you need. Please be aware that MOQs will apply.
Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes – it is essential the product is fit for purpose and for the majority of our items we will supply a sample free of charge.
